Retail, entertainment, hospitality venues want to provide their customers with power amenities beyond simple electrical sockets that are cost-effective and easy to use.

A lot of the feedback coming from installers reinforced Chargifi's existing installation challenges displayed earlier. Interviews were very helpful in understanding not just what they needed, but emphasized their time management and efficiency. They expect the configuration process to work with little to no troubleshooting
Currently, there is no way for installers to understand whether they have a faulty charging unit
All the installers interviewed said there is a process in place for mapping out a venue and the order in which they install everything
There is no official process for Chargifi to onboard installers (this came up frequently)
Existing Flow for an Installation
Venue site survey is performed with Chargifi operations employee for approval

Pending approval, the venue customer schedules
an installation

Chargifi Operations team schedules installation and creates the charging spots manually on their web platform in order for configuration to occur on day
of installation

On installation day, Chargifi transports (or ships) all charging hardware and meets the service provider at
the venue for a walk through, and to mitigate any issues during installation.
