Market Opportunity

Seeing brands such as Outdoor Voices raise a seed round of $1.1M, we see an opportunity to fill a niche in the fashion space that provides everyday apparel with performance wear capabilities of higher quality and construction. 

 

Stakeholder Questions

  • What are your goals for launching
    your eCommerce platform?

  • What is the timeline to deliver?

  • Are there any budgetary constraints?

  • What type of distribution model will you be adhering to?

  • How do your clothes differentiate from other brands in the space?

Assessment

Finding a Way Forward

During my assessment, I worked with the business stakeholders to distill the key objectives into a baseline model and develop a timeline. From there I decided to adhere to Jakob's Law, a design principle that states that since users spend most of their time on other sites that this means users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know.
